We are a firm of architects that converted a historic building in WC1 to create Phoenix Yard. Parts of the building date from 300 years ago when it was a single house in the country. An unusual, attractive and flexible building, it has proved popular with visitors during Open House.

Studio One is a fabulous workspace for freelancers and small businesses, at a picturesque former piano factory in this quiet mews in Primrose Hill, less than two miles from the West End. We have been established since 1998. With the increased need for affordable office space, over the past year we have grown from 90 members to a lively and eclectic community of about 150 people.
